77arc Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these terms and conditions carry the meanings described below:

• "Platform" — The 77arc website (https://77arc.cam) and all services connected to it.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has registered on 77arc and is using its services.
• "Account" — Each member's own personal gaming profile.
• "Bonus" — Any incentive funds or credits provided by 77arc.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to wager a set amount before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "BDT" or "Taka" — Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for transactions on this platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To participate on the 77arc platform you must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this service by minors is strictly prohibited. 77arc may request documents to verify age at any time and reserves the right to suspend an account until verification is complete.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be cancelled and all deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

When creating an account you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all funds. If your information changes, you must notify our support team immediately.

3. Account Management and Security

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

If a member breaches these terms, 77arc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice. If a valid reason is established, any legitimate funds held in the account will be returned.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can currently be deposited on 77arc via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposited funds are generally added to your account instantly.

• The mobile banking account used for deposits must be registered in your name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• If a deposit fails or is delayed, contact the support team with the transaction ID.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts.
• Required wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit.
• 77arc may delay or suspend withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus a 10x wagering requirement must be met.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• If a deposit is charged back after a bonus has been claimed, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless otherwise specified.
• When placing bets with bonus funds, a single bet must not exceed 20% of the total bonus amount.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be subject to investigation.

5.3 Changes to Promotional Offers

77arc reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any current bonus offer at any time. If the terms of an offer change, the updated terms published on the platform will apply.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on the 77arc platform are operated by third-party software providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI and Spribe). The outcome of each game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and is completely fair.

6.2 Technical Errors

77arc will not be liable if a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error or system failure. In such situations we will make every effort to provide a fair resolution. Any alleged "win" resulting from a technical error will not be considered valid.

The 77arc VIP program has five tiers. Benefits increase as you move up each tier.

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

VIP tier progression is determined based on a member's overall activity and engagement on the platform. Cashback amounts will be credited to the member's account on the designated day each week. VIP benefits may be changed at any time at 77arc's discretion.
